What are you?

The Hotel Perle is a Hotel for groups- one of the first in New Orleans! We have 10 Suites with 46 rooms total. The Suite sizes range from 2 beds to 7 beds, with the average being 5. We are able to accommodate buyouts of any size.

How do the rentals work?

When you rent one of our Suites, you are renting the entire Suite - consider it an apartment, of sorts! Each Suite comes fully furnished, with washer/dryer, stove/oven, dishwasher, and a fullsize fridge and freezer (think toasters to turkey pans). There is a large living space in each Suite, with YouTube TV added for your viewing pleasure.

What is your minimum night's stay?

The Hotel Perle has a minimum nights stay of at least 2, which increases to 3 over the weekends. During major events and holidays, such as Mardi Gras or Jazz Fest, our minimum nights stay is 4.

What amenities do you have?

The Hotel Perle boasts a gorgeous terrace pool– heated, of course! Our terrace looks over the iconic St Charles Avenue, and is the perfect place to watch any of the major New Orleans parades roll by.

Where are you located?

The Hotel Perle is located at 757 Saint Charles Avenue in New Orleans, Louisiana. Our neighborhood is called the Central Business District (CBD), which is considered the downtown area of New Orleans. We are:

-0.8 mi from the Convention Center
-0.6 mi from the beginning of Bourbon Street
-2.3 mi from Tulane University
-3.4 mi from Audubon Park
-12 mi from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport

Where should we eat? What should we see? Where’s the jazz?

The Hotel Perle is a fully secure and locked building, only accessible by access code, which is provided to guests on the day of their arrival, after the check-in forms are completed. The access code allows entry to the Saint Charles Ave lobby door, the St Charles Ave garage, and the guests individual Suite.

What is your parking situation?

The Hotel Perle offers one complimentary parking space to each Suite. Each additional vehicle is an added fee of $35. The Saint Charles garage is located immediately in front of the lobby doors if you are traveling up Saint Charles.

What are my options for public transportation?

The Saint Charles & Julia St streetcar stop is located directly outside of our lobby doors. This streetcar line (iconically invented by Perley A Thomas- our namesake) rolls towards Uptown and the Garden District. It passes directly in front of Tulane University, and is an incredibly wonderful scenic tour of the city.

Early check-in/late check out?

The Hotel Perle cannot confirm an early check in or late check out until the day of, however, we are more than happy to hold on to your bags for as long as needed.

Are you pet friendly?

The Hotel Perle welcomes all service animals with appropriate documentation. Pets are not allowed on property.

Are you ADA accessible?

Yes, The Hotel Perle is fully ADA accessible. Suite 8 is our designated ADA built Suite.

How do we host events?

The Hotel Perle is eager to host your events, and is in the process of building out a bar and bistro. Currently, we have space for events on our rooftop deck. Contact the Perle directly by email or phone for event coordination.

Do you have a gym or meeting space?

At this time, the Hotel Perle does not have either an in house gym or meeting space. The team is happy to advise on nearby spots that might suit your needs!

When will your bar/cafe be open?

Our Bar and Bistro as well as terrace bar will be open in late 2025. As of now- we have a welcome book full of recommendations for our favorite spots nearby!
